Mt Mansfield

Sitting on top of Mansfield. Two plus miles uphill hike from Smugglers Notch. Did well because of my rest at the B&B, and breakfast.. eggs sausage and four big pancakes. Dave, the owner, drove me back to Smugs and I started my day just before 9am. The shelter I am headed for is less than 3 hours away, so I'm lingering here to see if the clouds clear.

I haven't figured out how to answer individual questions, so I'm not ignoring it. Antiquated technology. Cell service has been good so far as you can tell.Read more
