Funeral at our neighbours

Thaery and I walked up the road in the afternoon to see all the monks prayers then they carry the body up on the pyre for burning at 9pm at night.
We then sat down with all the people in another tent to eat Khmer rice porridge with tofu...whew. it was delicious with mung bean sprouts and soya bean paste.
Saw the fireworks from my room then they burn.
Same rituals for all funerals, at least 3 days of music from the band , loud speaking over big speakers .Les mer
