Cordoba gefällt mir sehr gut. Trotz immer wiederkehrenden Nieselregen. Das Wetter hat mich gezwungen mehr Indoor Locations zu besuchen als ich normalerweise machen würde. Viele Kirchen sind abends zugänglich, es gibt Museen (teilweise gratis für EU Bürger) und dann gibt es natürlich noch die Mezquita-Kathedrale.
Wenn man die vielen Leute ignoriert, die nicht fähig sind normal in einer Schlange zu stehen oder sich was anzuschauen ohne ständig an anderen Leuten anstoßen zu müssen, obwohl genug platz ist, ist es recht fein.
Hier ist es auch das erste Mal seit ich in Spanien bin, dass ich der WM nicht ausgekommen bin. Das Achtelfinale zwischen Spanien und Marokko am Nachmittag war allgegenwärtig ... alle Bars haben es übertragen und die Leute haben teilweise vor den Bars oder im Gehen am Handy geschaut.
I really like Cordoba. Despite the recurring drizzle. The weather has forced me to visit more indoor locations than I would normally do. Many churches are accessible in the evening, there are museums (partly free for EU citizens) and then of course there is the Mezquita Cathedral.
If you ignore the many people who aren't able to stand in line normally or look at something without constantly having to run into other people, even though there's enough space, it's quite fine.
It's also the first time since I've been in Spain that I haven't gotten past the World Cup. The round of 16 between Spain and Morocco in the afternoon was ubiquitous... all the bars were broadcasting it and people were sometimes watching on their cell phones in front of the bars or while walking.
