Enoshima

Mit der Bahn und einer Monorail fahre ich nach Süden. Insgesamt fast 2 Stunden von meiner Unterkunft bis nach Enoshima.

Enoshima ist eine kleine Insel in der Nähe von Kamakura, die mittels Brücke mit dem Festland verbunden ist. Ob dort noch jemand normal wohnt weiss ich nicht, es gibt jedenfalls viele Shops,, Cafés, Restaurants und Unterkünfte. Und Schreine, Höhlen, einen Aussichtsturm und Onsen.

Außerdem kann man an klaren Tagen Mount Fuji sehen.
Nicht an diesem Tag. Es war super sonnig aber fürchterlich diesig, sodass ich in der Richtung in der Fuji-san sein sollte grad mal die Küste erkennen konnte ...

I take the train and a monorail to the south. In total, almost 2 hours from my accommodation to Enoshima.

Enoshima is a small island near Kamakura that is connected to the mainland by a bridge. I don't know if anyone still lives there normally, but there are many shops, cafes, restaurants and accommodation. And shrines, caves, a lookout tower and onsen.

You can also see Mount Fuji on clear days.
Not that day. It was super sunny but terribly hazy, so I could see the coast in the direction of Fuji-san.Read more
