Planning over breakfast

While eating breakfast, we planned our day. We also asked the café owner about nearby attractions.

He recommended:
- Youth Centre (experience Auroville’s unique culture)
- Matrimandir (the golden sphere building)
- Auroville Visitor Centre (entry point for Auroville)

Matrimandir requires booking one day in advance for interior access. Otherwise, you can only see it from outside. You must walk there from the Visitor Centre.

We skipped Matrimandir (no prior booking & not too keen on a yoga temple visit) and decided to check out the Visitor Centre to decide next steps.Read more
