Shopping Spree

Now that we had enough cash, we headed to The Platinum Fashion Mall, a well-known shopping hub for clothes. While I mostly shop online, Sam prefers offline shopping, so this was more her scene.

The mall had separate sections for men, women, and kids spread across different floors. We split up to explore on our own. I quickly realized that the prices weren’t much different from what I could get in India, so I wrapped up fast. But for Sam, shopping was an event—she needed hours!

Since I didn’t want to wait around, we decided I’d head back to the hotel while she continued shopping. I installed the Bolt app on her phone, showed her how to use it, and left, knowing she’d make her way back later.Read more
