Pamplona

Our first "rest day". We slept in until almost eight. A leasurely breakfast at a small cafe up the street from our Pension.

Then a slow 3.6 km walk into Pamplona, crossing the Rio Arga on an ancient bridge. A short walk around the old city wall and through the gates. This weekends festival is still going on, mostly vendors tents, so many things to buy, so little room in Sue's pack.

Now sitting in Bar del Castillo enjoying the beautiful weather and people watching....Leggi altro
