New Favorite Place, Rabe de las Calzadas

I loved this little village! Not only was the village picturesque, there was a tiny church that was playing beautiful Spanish hymns as I walked in. The alter was so simple and beautiful. After saying a prayer, and as we were leaving there was a nun by the door who said a Pilgrim prayer over us and gave us a handmade necklace with a religious medal. As we walked out of town there were many murals on the sides of buildings with Bible sayings. The sayings were mostly about living in peace with others. The rest of the day I was inspired!Lue lisää
