Am letzten Tag werden in festgelegter Reihenfolge erst die Fallas Infantil verbrannt, danach die Fallas. Als letztes wird die grosse Falla am Plaza del Ayuntamiento den Flammen übergeben. Da die Fallas an sich teil schon 25m hoch, erreichen die ersten Flammen gerne mal Hochhaushöhe. Ohne die Bomberos, die hauptberuflichen Feuerwehrleute, geht da nichts.
