We stopped in Buffalo, Wyoming and spent the weekend with Bert and Paula who we met in Fredericksburg, TX at Lantern Oaks RV Resort. They live about an hour away in Gillette and met us in their RV at Deer Park Campground. Paula got us tickets to the Sheridan WYO Rodeo on Friday night which was fun to watch. It started with Indian Races where tribal members race horses bareback and jump from one onto another using only the reins and continued racing; it was very impressive. On Saturday we drove into Big Horn National Forest, stopping at Deer Haven Lodge for apps and Bloody Mary’s. For dinner we went to a restaurant in the town of Buffalo.
