Chrismas day

I went out a walk this morning in the sunshine and walked round to Natalie and Andy's new house. I think this just about the first sunny day we've had since we got here! Then they all arrived about 11 and we spent all morning doing presents. Lunch at 1 , turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, bread sauce, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, parsnips in maple syrup, carrots, shallots in port, gravy, followed , some time later (!) ,by Christmas pudding with clotted cream, with a fine claret, and an Australian white sticky. Oh wow! First Christmas dinner in our new home!Les mer
