Gondola to the summit

We decided to take the Gondola to the top - 10,048 ft! I asked the lift attendant what the easiest way down was. He rolled his eyes and said (for the millionth time) "There is no easy way down. Experts only". I rolled my eyes right back and said only "Nevertheless...". He blinked first and said "Cornice Bowl". Ha! Score one for the newbies!

This is a double black diamond but the snow was nice and mushy. Over two days we probably skied it 16 times. It was our main run. Czytaj więcej
