Arrived Raja Ampat ☺️ WOW!!!

Keen as we left early (still dark), destination Misool in the southern end of Raja Ampat
Marine Protection Area...fishermen & floating trees everywhere so we pulled up to wait ⏰️ for 🌞. 65nm, 2 squalls & a log love bite later we arrived to a rainy but stunning anchorage.
Our Raja learnings so far...
* nerves of steel required to ⚓️ when 60mtr turns to a shallow reef in 60 sec 😬🤯
*it is no fun to be surrounded by 100+ squid 🐙 when in a No-take zone 😭.
So far, it's just us & local fishermen here, so we are feeling 🙌 & ready to enjoy this incredible place...sleep-ins, snorkelling🤿, paddle boarding, hikes & roof sundowners.
Every day, around every new island we find ourselves in total awe of the beauty here, above & below water. OMG!!!!
