London...48 hours is not enough

Well, we attempted to see as much as we could. More walking, buses, cars, and trains in a 48-hour period, to be back waiting for a plane to Athens from Heathrow.
We saw the changing of the guard, the kingsguard, Big Ben, Parliment, St Paul's Cathederal, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, London from above on The London Eye and the SkyGarden, and London at Night on a bus tour. Exhausted and exhilarated, and a vow to return. The only Harrods I got to visit was at Heathrow.. and I only looked. Fun times ahead in Europe as our 12 days in the UK is drawing to a close ( for this trip) 1600 miles driving from North to South, and East to West.Read more
