Birdsville Races 2025 Weekend trip

Big day and night in Birdsville. Lucky we live 180 klms up the road in Bedourie. Setup in campground 1 on The Common. Handy walk to town and to the bus stop to the racecourse. No big winners just some places and cheap boxed trifecta. Lots of rum and good music at the Birdsville Pub, and watched the fight lineup for the very last Fred Brophy's Fighting Troupe appearance at Birdsville. End of an era.Read more
