The long haul

Wow what a day , started out with Carrickfergus Castle, then continued on our way heading towards the giants causeway, we decided to take a detour and go to Torr Head, bit of a climb to the top but well worth it once there, we then went on to the Dark hedges apparantly from Game of Thrones , Derek was excited , me I just thought it was pretty lol, we then headed to the giants causeway and it was bucketing, we got so soaked. By the time we got back up we were drenched and freezing, we then stopped at a servo so we could change our clothes in the Loo lol.
We then headed off to our place of recidence for the night, finally got here at about 6.30, checked in and had a fantastic seafood dinner for Derek"s birthday, there is a band on later but we have had such a big day that I dont think we will make it.Weiterlesen
