Bath to Llanrwst

Left bath nice and early knowing we had a big day ahead , drove to Tintern Abbey, it is near the banks of the River Wye, stunning place , interesting drive there as there was a road diversion and ended up on a tiny road and getting stuck on it as a family had the road blocked moving an enormous oven, lol so what do we do.... get out and have a chat . We then hit the road once again off to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in Wrexham, It is an 18 arched stone and cast iron structure and is used for narrow boats etc, it was amazing an another beautiful spot, We then drove on to our home or the next 2 nights, the Eagle hotel in Llanrwst, beautiful hotel.
