Landed in Thailand and off to Amphawa

Neither of us got much sleep during the 14 hour flight to Thailand, landed around 6am local time, and got changed into summer clothes. Put our cases into storage and headed out to meet Gary and Kung for our Thai adventure. Met up with Seven and Bua as well, and headed off to find Mr Chu, our driver for the next few days.
We drove down to the 3-headed Elephant temple, which was also a museum.
Then off to the market at Amphawa where the train goes right over the market stalls, a bizarre experience.
Next, off to a temple that had been overtaken by a Banyan tree, followed by a walk thru an afternoon market, before checking into our cabins on the canal for the next two nights.もっと詳しく
