    Patagonia

    Continuing our exploring of Argentina, we headed off to Patagonia! A 2.5 hour flight from Buenos Aires (flying out of the local airport AEP). With only a few misunderstandings about terminals with the taxi driver and a Burger King burger, we had smooth sailing to Bariloche.

    Bariloche is located on the northern part of Patagonia, closer to the Chile border. We rented a car and headed another hour north along the lakes to our stay, outside Villa La Angostura, an adorable mountain town.

    Our hotel, Las Balsas, is stunning, with the most beautiful views from every part of the hotel. With morning walks along the lake and delicious food and cocktails throughout the day and a stunning spa, I think we might never leave. ♥️    Read more
