So I stopped at a restaurant as they had a spit roast lamb outside. So I have delicious chicken soup followed by spit roast lamb and I am full. The waiter says can I get you dessert and I say I am full and don't really eat dessert. But he says I have to have dessert because
A: It's free
B: There is a story
So dessert comes It's a 600 year old recipe and served only in this area of Albania. The king was getting married and his wife was from an area where they served this dessert. But as this was for a Royal Wedding and the dessert was very simple rice pudding with cinnamon and sultana to make it special they added Lamb Neck meat and this is how it is served in this restaurantLæs mere
