First trip to Newfoundland in the summer! Saw Zachs mom and did some day hikes, went to a nice swimming hole at La Manche, spent a night downtown.

Went camping in Port Rexton for 3 nights. We saw a puffin colony, some gorgeous coastline at Bonavista, which is where they think John Cabot landed first in the 1400s. We could see whales from theLeia mais

Gros Morne National Park

Visited the stunning Gros Morne today. We had to adapt our plans because Anna hurt her knee in Jasper, so we were unable to hike Gros Morne mountain, so instead we opted for a coastal trail walk,Leia mais

2 days back in the city before heading hoke to Alberta. It's been a great trip visiting family and seeing the island.
