    Views from the walk into the town
    Picturesque restaurant on the river bankNiska enjoyed watching the river. The water was highest and fastest running we have seenBrantôme Abbey and ChurchLooking over the weir.     We've spent a couple of days in the very pretty town of Brantôme (known as The Venice of the Perigord), a much loved and favourite place of ours. It never loses its appeal and I'm sure we'll keep visiting whenever we are in this area. We had fabulous weather this weekend, perfect for exploring and relaxing.Read more
