    The third and last day, I had to take a continuation job interview from the one I messed up in Mt. Kongo. I did what I had to do but to be honest, I just wanted to get it over with and be on with the day.

    I went to Tenryuji Temple first, this area of Kyoto was my favorite as it was the closest the the mountains. The air here smelled amazing. The temple needed money to get in and I wasn't really interested in that anymore after so many temples. I went around and there was the ever-popular bamboo grove that was pretty much empty, a truly rare sight. I went to the backside and climbed up to get awesome views of the valley and river and climbed a bit more to reach a well-designed flower garden. Here, I reminisced a long time about my life, whether I was happy right now or not and thought about the future. I decided to go down and hang around near the river, watching it flow in silence and then taking the tram back as it was time to head back to Tokyo.
