    The initial hike up proved to be the most challenging part as our bodies were still adjusting yet the terrain was already extremely steep from the get-go. Fallen leaves covered the path completely and it was quite fun to waddle on through. Mt. Mito was the moutain of the day but to get there, we had to conquer two smaller mountains along the way and our first target was Mt. Iyo. Scarlett was quite funny today as well as she was getting vertigo, she was afraid of the height and the leaves covering the path made it harder for her to tell how deep or not the paths were. I had to assist her a lot of times but it was really great fun. Mt. Iyo was scaled soon enough and we were off to the next one.Read more
