Mae Hong Son

The city after which the loop is named is very quiet and unpretentious. I particularly love the different style of the temples with silvery & wooden decor giving a nice contrast to the gold.
After another (approx.) 110 km with a lot of scenic stops on the way, I decided to stay here for the night.

Die Stadt, nach welcher die Rundfahrt benannt ist, kommt relativ ruhig und aufdringlich daher. Mir gefällt besonders der etwas andere Stil der Tempel mit Holz und Silber, was einen schönen Kontrast zum Goldenen darstellt.
Nach weiteren ca. 110 km mit einer ganzen Menge an Stopps auf dem Weg (wegen der tollen Aussicht), entschied ich mich, die Nacht hier zu verbringen.Read more
