The - not quite - Mae Sarin Waterfall

The first big stop on the way today was supposed to be one of the more important waterfalls in the area. What started with an interesting ride on a rather small but very scenic road, ended in disappointment: the waterfall was closed. Highlight? The little "gas station" in the middle of nowhere with an old lady hand-pumping the fuel.

Der erste große Halt auf der heutigen Fahrt sollte einer der bedeutendsten Wasserfälle der Region sein. Was als interessante Motorradfahrt auf einer ziemlich kleinen aber landschaftlich außerordentlich schönen Straße begann, endete in einer kleinen Enttäuschung: Der Wasserfall war geschlossen.
