Thornton, Colorado

One step forward, two steps back. We were originally going to Grand Junction, Colorado today. But mild altitude sickness is holding us back, at least for another day. Tried to look for other places to camp overnight, but was told "city ordinance do not allow overnight parking" by Walmarts in Wheatridge, Broomfield, and Thornton. I guess Cabela's is rebelling against their own city ordinance. They told us they allow it. So we are back in our first class parking lot tonight.Read more
