We camped here for a night and hiked around, at over 10000 feet high. After spending the night, I experienced mild altitude sickness, but everyone else was fine. Cooking and opening sealed containers at almost 2 miles high was interesting! Bulging lids served as evidence of lower atmospheric pressure, while mild shortness of breath served as evidence of lower partial pressure of oxygen. Some snow was still around.
