Stepansminda

It's chilly and windy out in this northern part of Georgia. Mt Kazbegi at 5000 meters high is in full view out of my window. I think I'll sit here observing it with a cup of coffee in hand.

The Gergeti Trinity Church stands atop a hill 500 meters above the town. It is the tourist spot, busy but no trinkets. I rode my bicycle up walked around and rode back down, ready for an old man nap.

Had a nice dinner with a couple from India who speak English with each other since their languages are not the same. They live in Dublin.Read more
