      Imperial War Museum, Manchester

      May 22 in England ⋅ 🌧 14 °C

It is absolutely pissing it down today! Our rain coats have finally come out for it. About 11am, Auntie Enid picked us up and took us into Manchester, where we navigated through the city to the Imperial War Museum. Auntie Enid and I did a bit of shopping at Mark's and Spencers. I got myself some new clothes 😀

The Imperial War Museum North is a museum in the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford in Greater Manchester, England. One of five branches of the Imperial War Museum, it explores the impact of modern conflicts on people and society.

It was a really impressive museum! I really enjoyed walking around and learning about World War 1 and 2. There was even a piece of building from the World Trade Center when 9/11 took place.

The building itself was fascinating. I bought a few things from the gift shop today so we can remember our day out 🥰
