Boston College and a cup of Jo

      April 5 in the United States ⋅ ☁️ 36 °F

The five of us toured Boston College Friday morning. Strong academics mixed with impressive architecture in the lovey suburb of Chestnut Hill. Gasson Hall is the 2nd most instagrammable college campus building in the US! After the visit, Millie updated her college wish list from- “I’m not going to college, just give me the money you’re saving” to 1. Harvard 2. Yale 3. Boston College and 4. UCLA (all after a break year so she can attend with her cousin Molly).
After the tour we followed Jo(sie)’s lead to Orchard House- where much of Louisa May Alcott’s home where she wrote Little Women has been preserved. We had a late lunch in Concord (Revolutionary War and grapes, Concord). Saltbox Kitchen’s farm to table style was a wonderful cap to one of our best days. No pics- it was that good and we were plate licking hungry. We left Concord to tackle some of the long drive home. And then things got a little weird.
