Easy train ride from Zurich Airport to Lucerne, about 65 minutes, sunny weather and beautiful views of Lake Lucerne. Took a walk to the famous Lion Monument, but crowded with school groups. A pleasant stroll around the lakeside promenade was much quieter, watching the lake steamers go to and fro. Hopped on one for a relaxing trip around the lake taking in the scenery.Read more
