Somebody's getting fired.....

So the guy who was fueling the plane forgot to put the cap back on the fuel tank....? I didn't think that was a possibility. But apparently, he drove away with the cap on the hood of his vehicle, and it fell off and got run over. Opps. Waiting for an engineer to bring a new cap.
