Lewis & Clark Caverns — the hike

Prior to leaving on the trip, Chris kept telling me to walk every day, in an attempt to prepare me for the hike from the L&C campground to the entrance to the caverns. It's a 3/4 mile walk uphill 300 feet in elevation to reach the cave entrance, which must be completed within 1/2 hr to take the tour. While most people can walk this in 15 or 20 min, I am not most people. It took me 29 minutes and 45 seconds. But I made it. 😬Читать далее
