Went for a few walks today starting with Shallow cove from the campground. Visited some places called Cow Head, Lobster Cove, Norris point and Broom point.

Bakers Brook Falls

Gros Morne mountain

Hiked up Gros Morne mountain, the second highest peak at 806m high. Today’s mileage was 18k/925m gain. Beautiful scenery from the top.
Western Brook pond

Took a boat tour on Western Brook Pond. It is a landlocked, freshwater pond, formally a fjord surrounded by steep glacier carved cliffs.

Took the ferry over to Fogo Island for the afternoon. Went for a hike (of course) and stopped at a couple shops and had some homemade ice cream.

Beautifully warm sunny day in Terra Nova. Went for a coastal walk and to the visitor centre where there is a touch tank aquarium. All kinds of star fish, sea urchins, crabs, snails etc.
