Palm Springs

After lugging my bike around for the past 2 months, I finally got to go for my first bike ride today!! The City of Palm Springs has done a great job with dedicated bike lanes and signage for different bike routes throughout the city. The terrain is mostly flat as I only encountered two slight hills. Yay! I cycled for 2 hours going through town and a beautiful area called Canyon Country Club. There were golf courses and upscale mid-century modern homes that Palm Springs is known for. I noticed that there is snow in the mountains that wasn't there in January. While it was raining in the valley this week, the mountains got up to 12 inches of snow.もっと詳しく
