Palm Springs

This riverbed is dry except for a trickle of water. I couldn't imagine there ever being a raging river through here. Grass lawns are discouraged by the city and this homeowner created a pretty miniature garden in the midst of all the concrete. Bougainvillea in Palm Springs is like dandelions in Winnipeg!
