Fredericton, NB

Since we only had 600 km to drive today, we took our time and visited two touristy spots that the Visitor Centre recommended. The first was Grand Falls Gorge which took us too long to find and was disappointing in that it wasn't so grand. We enjoyed the next attraction located in Hartland....the longest covered bridge in North America. Although we left Quebec at 10 a.m., we didn't arrive in Fredericton until 7 p.m. There were many moose warning signs so I was happy to arrive before sunset.

Our first impression of Nouveau-Brunswick.....trees and more trees! There is very little development in this area of the province so we drove through miles and miles of thick forest. The forest continued right to the outskirts of the city. Czytaj więcej
