    Our journey today took us to Moncton, population 69,000. Not a very impressive city so we didn't spend much time there. We were surprised how small these Maritime cities are. Next stop was the coastal town of Shediac, the "Lobster Capital of the World". JS wasn't up to the messy challenge of eating a whole lobster but he did enjoy a seafood casserole with lobster. The friendliness of the locals stood out here. We then drove over the 12.9 km Confederation Bridge connecting NB to PEI, the longest in the world crossing ice-covered water.Read more
