Hike to Scout Lookout

This morning was the most ambitious hike we've taken yet. Two miles of upward climbing for a total ascent of 1,070 feet! What a view once we made it to the top. In some of the pictures you can see people on the trail high above and below us.

After lunch we visited the Zion History museum , the visitor center then relaxed at the lodge patio with coffee and pie, soaking in the 72 degree sun and admiring the surrounding magnificent sheer cliffs.Read more
