Sifnos - Kamares

A lovely direct sail in a choppy sea but Kamares on Sifnos was just as we remembered it, all be it a little quieter and with an empty key.
Great to sit on the back of Carla in some sun and watch the ferries come and go before an early night to catch up on sleep!
Feeling refreshed we headed out for a hike up the headland to the beautiful church and back along the beach for a compulsory beer. As we sat drinking our beer it seemed like there was a Greek painting party going on'15 local ladies start painting the pavement.
Expecting another blowy night we added some more warps and crashed early.
We weren't wrong - awake at 2am with gusts of 35-40 going through. Engine on and sit watching till dawn - working out our escape route! More tomorrow!!En savoir plus
