    Adelaide Hills - Hahndorf, SA

    January 2, 2022 in Australia ⋅ ☀️ 25 °C

Its just gorgeous, pubs (German themed), cafes, restaurants, cellar doors, galleries, fudge shops, cute little gardens, a museum and a Birkenstock shop thrown in. Pete thinks he's very clever for taking me Outback Australia but ending up in Germany 🙄 We've visited -
▪︎artist Hans Heysen "The Cedars" property where he and his artist daughter lived and worked for many years
▪︎ the museum and art gallery
▪︎ a few wineries to sample the local selection...we bought 54 bottles. Kidding! Lol...only came away with 4. Our favourite was Nepenthe...
