Taj Mahal (by Lewis)

While in Agra, we went to the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is a castle for the king and queen's coffins. This majestic building is entirely, besides the stone artwork, made of marble. It is 243 ft. tall; that's a lot of marble! The Taj Mahal has 2 big domes. One dome can be seen from the outside, while the other one can only be seen from the inside. Poppy says the 4 towers surrounding the Taj Mahal are leaning outward. They lean outward because if they collapse, they would fall outward, not inward on the Taj Mahal. I think the Taj Mahal is quite breathtaking; though I don't feel the need to go back there.Read more
