    Blue Lagoon + Geothermal Heat (by Lewis)

    While in Iceland, we went to the Blue Lagoon for the second time. The Blue Lagoon is heated by geothermal heat. The geothermal heat boils the Blue Lagoon up to 100.4 F*. Iceland's geothermal heat can also bake bread by burying the bread in burning dirt. We tasted some of the rye bread, and it was delicious with local smoked trout.
