Pipeline, North shore, oahu

This is my favorite part of Oahu. It has a more remote vibe and the scenery is amazing. There are some small towns along the way that have some sweet shops and great food stops.

We hung out at sunset beach and watched the surfers for a while. The waves were massive and it was a treat watching experts shred some waves.

Along the right side of the beach was a large monk seal sleeping in the sand. The Hawaiian monk seal is one of two remaining monk seals (the other being the Mediterranean monk seal) and they are endangered.もっと詳しく
