Day 72: Parco Della Murgia Matera

We woke up nice and early today for this hike. We noticed that there was a national park just opposite to the Matera historic center. It looks like the entrance was blocked, but we could see people from afar walking around a few days when we wandered around the historic center. We finally realized that everybody just jumped the gate and entered the park. So, we thought we would do the same! We did not regret doing it as we could see different caves (with abandoned churches) in the park and had a stunning view looking back at the sassi.Baca lagi
