Day 8 - Heading to Jenn's Home Town

Yesterday was a long haul day. We dove 600 miles! This should be the longest drive of the trip. We ended up in Rochester, Minnesota and not Austin. We pushed on another hour so we could be closer to Chicago.

We were road weary and ready to crash. There wasn't as much crankiness as I thought there would be. Some, but not too bad.

The pool at the Hilton is open 24 hours, so Casey and Quinn decided to hit the hot tub before bed. I wanted to joint them, but couldn't summon the energy.

Today we end up in Chicago, but first, take a trip to Jenn's home town of Naperville, Illinois. It will be fun for the kids to see where she grew up.
