Day 5 - Day off in Des Moines

Not a lot to say about today. We hung out for a bit and ate some barbeque Scott made for us. Claudia had to go home today. After Doug drove her to the airport we went to the Greenwood Lounge to see a band play.

After the show Andrew and I got an Uber to Fongs pizza. They make pizzas with Chinese food on them and pepperoni egg rolls. The egg rolls were practically hot pockets and the orange chicken pizza with fried rice was interesting. I personally thought the chicken and rice came from one of those Chinese food family packs at Walmart.

I woke up several times having coughing fits. Not smart to eat half a pizza and the pizza rolls. 😂Læs mere
