    Hitchhiking

    October 12, 2017 in New Zealand ⋅ ☀️ 14 °C

For the fist time in my life I wanted to go hitchhiking. I had to go from moeraki to Christchurch. That's about 4 hours of driving. In the first town I had to wait for about an hour and someone picked me up and dropped me at the next town. We was on camping holiday and forgot some stuff so he had to drive that way. Then I had to wait another hour and some woman picked me up. She was on her way to Christchurch. So that was great!

On the way we stopped at the best dropzone of new Zealand. She was also a skydiver! What a coincidence. It was to quiet so we couldn't do a jump.

Also on the way we stopped at a play garden for her daughter. And she also put the slackline up. So I could practice a bit.

She had also some rooms for rent so I rented a room and stayed there for 2 nights and it was quite close to the airport!.

Now heading for the airport to go back to Sydney to sell my car, see some friends and hopefully work a little bit. When I got everything I'm probably heading to fiji for a couple of weeks. And wait until it's a bit warmer in new Zealand!
