Canada Day Celebration

We head back to our suite and grab some free food and drinks. We have vouchers for 4 alcoholic drinks, and my cousin doesn't drink. ;>). Our seats give us a great view of the ballpark, and we are in the shade! There is a little bit of a breeze, and we have cold drinks.

Since this is Canada Day, the Jay's put on a great celebration honouring Canada. They introduce 3 of Canada's long serving and distinguished people who have been given service awards. Next 225 of the Canadian Forces personnel bring out the Canadian flag. Both anthems are sung (ours getting a much louder applause). Then it is time for the game to start.Baca lagi
